I had an amazing experience at Herrin-Gear INFINITI! Terrance and Lathario were absolutely outstanding from start to finish. Terrance started my process on that Friday. I told him my situation & what I had. His exact words : IT'S OKAY, I GOT YOU 🙌. Within a few a hours he told me what I was approved for & asked when could I come to the car lot. He handed me over to Lathario. I went the next day 😊. I left with what I wanted & comfortable car note. They were both professional, knowledgeable, patient, and made the entire car-buying process smooth and stress-free. They took the time to answer all of my questions, never made me feel pressured, and truly cared about helping me find the right vehicle. Their excellent customer service and attention to detail made all the difference. I highly recommend asking for Terrance and Lathario if you're looking for an honest and enjoyable car-buying experience. Thank you both for going above and beyond—I absolutely love my new car!

We had an excellent experience purchasing our Infiniti QX60 AWD thanks to Krishenia! She was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and well-prepared from the moment we arrived. She had multiple vehicles that matched exactly what we were looking for ready for us to test drive, which made comparing options so easy and stress-free. Krishenia was patient, never pushy, and answered all of our questions throughout the process. She truly made buying a vehicle an enjoyable experience. Thank you for making everything as easy and seamless as possible! We highly recommend Krishenia to anyone looking for outstanding customer service and a hassle-free car-buying experience.

I had a fantastic experience today at Herrin Gear INFINITI. The process was seamless, and the environment was vibrant yet peaceful. The team that truly stood out and went above and beyond to assist me was Sales Associate Krishenia Greenwood and Financial Manager Antonio Chambers. Thank you all for making my experience so exceptional.

My experience with Herrin Gear Infiniti salesman Lathario Barnes, was simply amazing from the beginning to me driving my new vehicle of the lot. I went there on a rainy day, he came out with an umbrella in the rain to serve me. I knew then that he’s going to be my salesman. I would recommend him to anyone.
